Dawn at Belhaven Bridge

Description

This bridge, named 'the bridge to nowhere' is near the town of Dunbar in Scotland. It crosses a stream called Biel Water that runs from the Luggate Burn through the village of Biel into Belhaven Bay. The bridge is something of a misnomer because at low tide it is actually used by locals to cross the stream and enter Belhaven Bay beach. Taken in November 2021 at dawn on a very windy day. The waves were quite high but the long exposure has flattened them but just enough to retain movement in the water. The Bass Rock is in the background.
